Session 1: Mental Health

Mental health includes our cerebral, emotional, and social well-being. It affects how we feel, think, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, Pressure, relate to others, and make healthy. A very important factor in the everyday life of an individual is stability and mental health. At an early life, the mortal brain develops numerous capacities, including behavioral capacities, social abilities and one's own way of thinking. Learning how to concentrate on certain topics are important assignments to learn at a youthful age and how to communicate with others.

People seek psychiatric help for many reasons. The problems can be sudden, such as frightening hallucinations, panic attack, thoughts of suicide, or hearing "voices." Or they may be more long-term, such as feelings of hopelessness, sadness or anxiousness that never seem to lift or problems functioning, causing everyday life out of control or to feel distorted.

It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can drop your ability to function at work and at home.

Session 6: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
